NOVALTA has the aim to develop strategic projects from the stage of project identification to the time of “hand-over” to an investor or eventual operator.

Our work includes development of a workable and profitable business model, targeted project identification, as well as detailed structuring of business plan, arrangement of required financing, and all related project planning and development aspects.

In this regard, NOVALTA is examining various interesting opportunities – primarily in Central and Eastern Europe, from diverse sources – and is determining feasibility in terms of development, turnaround, financing and eventual profitability.
