NOVALTA provides project development and transaction advisory services for the private and public sectors in areas including:

• government advisory services: financing of investment projects, restructuring/privatization of state-owned enterprises, concessions, public-private partnerships, economic development projects;
• management consulting.

A principal focus of NOVALTA is Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia, the CIS and Ukraine, as well as the emerging markets of the Middle East and North Africa.

The name NOVALTA derives from the Latin nova (new) and alta (high) – symbolizing the Company’s goal of “achieving new heights” on behalf of its clients – solving difficult challenges and adding value through creativity, inspiration and innovation.
