Public Sector Investment Projects

NOVALTA provides services in the public sector in connection with the implementation and financing of investment projects.

Particular areas of focus include the following: 

• Privatization advisory services (using various privatization methods, including tenders, negotiated sales, auctions, capital market placements);
• Concessions and public-private partnerships;
• Restructuring of state-owned companies.

The NOVALTA team has worked on behalf of Governments and ministries of the following countries in connection with the privatization of state-owned enterprises:

• Bulgaria;
• Macedonia;
• Moldova;
• Montenegro;
• Romania;
• Serbia;
• Slovakia;
• Ukraine.

For the Republic of Serbia, the team has carried out restructuring of state-owned companies.
